From spa to skyline, this full renovation shoot in Muscat covered it all — made possible by tight planning, on-the-ground teamwork, and cultural insight.
The main challenge here was volume—making sure every space on the shot list was covered, styled, and timed properly. During the on-site walkthrough with the Director of Sales, Liliya, we discovered a few key staging adjustments: canvas shades over the outdoor pool needed to be removed, and some gym equipment had to be relocated to simplify the layout. These were things that wouldn’t have been obvious from reference photos or pre-shoot Zoom calls.
The solutions all came down to close collaboration and a sharp pre-shoot walkthrough. With Liliya and Radhi—my local shoot support and unofficial drone operator—we proactively adjusted on the ground, making changes that saved time and elevated the final results. Radhi’s passion for photography and local knowledge added huge value, both creatively and culturally.

This was my first time in Muscat, and it left a strong impression. Radhi showed me the city through a local lens—from Omani customs and food to a mountain-top panorama just outside the city. The hospitality was exceptional, and it’s now firmly on my list for a return visit—this time on vacation.

We had a property architectural photography of Sheraton Oman Hotel done by Steven last month. We received photos in a very short period of time and we were thrilled with the results. His friendly and calm manner gave us confidence from the start. We appreciated his patience and professionalism during the photography session, as unexpected things will always happen. He also offered excellent services, and we’ll certainly recommend him to others.
