Ideally, 4–6 weeks in advance. That said, I understand the nature of hotel marketing—sometimes things move quickly. If I’m available, I’ll make it work. For international or multi-property shoots, earlier planning helps ensure better logistics and availability.
To provide an accurate quote and plan effectively, I need:
For shoots requiring travel, I handle my own flights, accommodation, and local transport. These are factored into the quote based on actual costs and planned travel efficiencies. When possible, I combine shoots to reduce expenses for each client. I don’t mark up travel but keep it transparent.
I provide professional architectural photography Globally for hotels and luxury homes, including drone photography and video footage. Additionally, I offer professional photo editing services, specialized in hotel and architectural photo editing.
I work from a pre-agreed shot list, adapted on-site if needed. I also flag opportunities for standout images that go beyond the list. My goal is to deliver what’s required and elevate the results through creative and technical decisions made on the ground.
Images are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. This includes editing, final review, and delivery in appropriate formats. For Marriott projects, I also handle DAC uploads if required. Faster delivery may be possible with advance notice, but not at the cost of quality.
Pricing is based on the number of final delivered images. It includes:
Additional costs may include:
I’m flexible on-site and will adjust for changes if time and light allow. That said, requests that affect scheduling or scope (like adding extra spaces or reshoots) may impact final pricing. After the shoot, I’m happy to accommodate light editing tweaks—larger changes or re-edits are handled on a case-by-case basis
